Specialities are based on the regional cuisine of Liguria, one of the main ingredients being 
pesto sauce, prepared in-house by the owner himself.
 
Traditional dishes on offer include:
 
Trofie al pesto  
Small, twisted strips of pasta made of flour, water and salt only.
 
Trenette al pesto 
 Home made egg pasta which along with the sauce can be served in the original 
Genoese way with small boiled potatoes and green beans.
 
Minestrone Genovese 
Classic vegetable and soup with crushed basil leaves.
 
Panzotti al sugo di noce 
 Plump, salmon filled ravioli served with a creamy walnut sauce.
A wide choice of fresh fish is prepared in a variety of ways.
 
House speciality 
Oven cooked seabream accompanied by roasted potatoes, cherry
tomatoes and sprinkled with pine nuts.
